Welcome to the Fitnessarty blog, where you can find all kinds of details relating to fitness. We are a fitness blog that is focused on providing the latest workout guides and wellness tips. We cover fitness equipment using a guide to help you take care of it and get the most from it. Fitnessarty LLC is a company that was founded in 2021 with Jason as the founder. Jason’s friend suggested that he start his own business because Jason is so committed to a healthy life. Sam talked to his favorite trainer, Barbara Parrish, and she advised him to study the internet and learn how he could market towards people who are looking for a healthy lifestyle. Right now we are reading and writing around the world. We’re happy to have been able to create a website, so that people can read more easily.

We have to talk about four things on this blog: exercise, diet, wellness and personal development. When you need to be healthy, you must look at these four things together. You don’t have to look at other areas.

Our Story

Here are some of our central team members.

Jason: Founder

I have been a nutrition and fitness educator for the last 8 years. I have been in Physical Fitness Training classes. I am also a member of the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA), and I am certified as a personal trainer (CPT). My work has mainly focused on helping women and men find the right wellness equipment.

I was overweight and I couldn’t do active things. But that didn’t stop me from trying. I joined my high school’s wrestling team and football team, which helped me get into shape.

I lost some of the weight that I had lost when I was studying for my semester final examinations and working so hard in college. I needed to spend more time managing the general business of the gym, so that I could not focus on HIIT or do complex workouts at the gym.

When I was young and had a lot of time, I did not continue with my hobbies. I did not like sports.

I’ve found that going to the gym is important. But it can be hard when I don’t have time. I found out about exercising at home, and now it’s more important for me to go. While you’re working out at home, try the bench press and treadmill. In 2020, some of my colleagues started working out with me. I didn’t know that they wanted to work out too. But in September, I decided it was perfect time for a change and so then I began to work out with them.

Bergner: Pharmacist and Lead Copywriter

I am good at sports and I have had to work hard. When I started, I was running on a treadmill. Over the years, I have done various races like 5Ks, 10Ks, and one marathon.

I am a drug formulator, and I like to work out. I got my doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Colorado last year. When I was in college, there were always fitness machines around. A lot of them were in the gym departments, but I have worked with exercise equipment for many years and I have seen a lot of different kinds.

As I get older, I have combined my know-how about fitness machines with computers. This has helped me find a way to write about their features and how to use them correctly for any purpose.

I like to write about how to use this machine to lose fat, get in shape, or exercise with a damaged limb. No matter what your weight, if you are younger or older, or if you are obese or lean, exercising is good. There is a lot of health benefits to it and a website called fitnessarty.com can tell you more about them.

Recently I have started to do private lessons and one-on-one training sessions so that I can answer all of our followers’ questions.

Mason: Lead Tester

I am a wellness trainer. I have 12 years experience in strength training, sports nutrition and weightlifting. I have also spent much of my life studying fitness, nutrition and an ideal balanced diet.

When it comes to popular weight loss plans or information about professional athletes, I look at books written by people with professional experience. Charles Poliquin and Matt Brzycki have experience working with athletes. B.S., a coach from Princeton University has had practice teaching and coaching students in sports. Michael Yessis Ph.D., who studied at Biomechanics, also knows about sports and training athletes better than anybody.

I’m now in my late 30’s and I have to say I am much happier now than when I was 18. Yes, they will look younger, but they are not happy about it. They were really weak; They lacked strength and muscle mass. Let’s say they do not have a lot of looks or physique that girls think is attractive.

Noyon Kumer : PR manager

A person who loved nature became a health enthusiast. And then they ran a marathon. (when you are that weight, you can eat anything.)

I am a person who helps people get stronger and healthier. I teach them how to do this.
